Program Overview

A 4-month program for Hawaii’s early-stage, impact-driven entrepreneurs.

We provide education, community, and mentorship to help grow your venture.

At SIIP, we recognize that founders of socially impactful organizations face a unique set of challenges: finding a sustainable business model for their organization, obtaining grant funding, attempting to start an organization despite a lack of traditional business background, and more.

With that in mind, we created an incubator program that directly addresses these needs. We help founders reach their next important milestone, whether that means becoming financially sustainable, increasing impact, or navigating the social-emotional aspect of being an entrepreneur. We’ve curated a list of content specialists, mentors, and weekly learning modules that we believe every non-profit and social-enterprise founder needs to take their venture to the next level.

You will learn how to:

Scale

  • Hone in on your mission, vision, and values

  • Better understand your customers and beneficiaries

  • Come up with a set of goals for the next 6 months

Fundraise

  • Explore different forms of capital

  • Understand the basics of applying to grants

  • Craft a compelling pitch and test it out on community members
