At SIIP: Meilan will be be popping in and out and supporting from behind the scenes!

Experience: Meilan is on staff at Teach For America Hawaiʻi, co-leading the education reinvention work with Stephanie, and has experience as a HIDOE special education teacher leader, TFA coach, founding non-profit board member and foundation director. She is a believer in the potential of what’s possible, particularly in her home community of Hawai’i. She is passionate about creating conditions for people to recognize their worth, to feel heard, valued, and believed in.
